Hula hooping is what I usually do as soon as I get up in the morning . Its like my daily morning routine before grabbing a cup of coffee, before breakfast, even before gurgling my morning breath. hehehe. This keep me physically fit and active all day. If I missed a day, I would feel so lazy, inactive, and I would be like dragging myself to accomplish something. Some people say I dont need it because I’m already skinny. Well, first of all, I am not trying to lose weight this time; second I just want to feel strong and physically fit so I can keep up with my children; third, we need to exercise anyway in order for us to stay healthy and young looking. Right?
