Fun Indoor Activity

Yesterday weather here in the East Coast was super nice. The sky was so blue, and Mister Sun was up all day long. It’s kind of weird at this time of the year, but I sure am happy and grateful about it. Its a shame to spend our day indoor, so I took my kids out for a walk and ride our bicycle in the neighborhood.

Now, the temperature went down again, and the weather forecast states that its gonna snow all day. So far, it havent started pouring yet, but the sky looks so gloomy, dark, and overcast, sooner or later it will pour some white stuff. My kids are starting to feel bored of being indoor. Actually, it’s a holiday today here in US. Its Martin Luther King Jr Day, so my 2nd grader is home, and now watching TV. Looking at him made me think of some fun stuff to do with them, that will keep them from watching TV all day. So, I searched online for fun stuff to do for kids and stumble upon this link http://wikitalks.com/2013/01/how-to-make-a-parrot-fish-with-origami/, its How To Make A Parrot Fish with Origami. This sounds like a fun indoor activity right? I bet my kids will surely love this. I cant wait to do it right now. The steps are very simple, that even a toddler can do it. Its not only a fun thing to do, but this will also exercise their mind and motor skills. If you are interested to know on how to make a parrot fish with origami too, just click the link above. It will tell you step by step on how to do it. What I like most about it is that, it shows an image on how to do it, which is really great for people who had a hard time following. But I assure you its not that hard. Well, I better show this to my kids now, so see ya guys later!
