Tuesday afternoon I got a call from a College friend wanting to meet and have some fun. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the condition of my son who is not cured yet from his operation and the youngest was never been out of my side. I told them what’s gonna happen and they understood as long as I will bring them pasalubong(gifts). I felt so relieved that Clayton let me go, so off I went with my friends.
We meet up at SM Ecoland. We had dinner at Dencio’s. Then we had Coffee at Bo’s Coffee that is by the mall. Photo below is at the Coffee Shop.

It was nice seeing my College Friends again. We’ve been  schoolmate, classmate, batchmate since we started College until we graduated. There’s 6 of us originally, the other 3 dont live in Davao and was not able to make it home for vacation. Actually only Jor(right) are currently living in Davao, Joy(middle) are now residing in UK and are just here for a vacation. I was happy to see them ones again.

Photo below is when we went to MTS(a fave hang out place in Davao) with other Batch mates from College. Our meet up was not planned. Everybody was just texting everybody, informing everybody that we were in MTS. It was cool! Charlotte, the girl next to the guy was also here for a vacation, she resides in Florida now. It was a coincidence that she is also in town, so we all meetup and had a great time.

We chatted until nobody was singing  on the Stage, it was almost 2am when we left the vicinity. I sure had fun and want to go out with them again. But when I got home, my mom told me that Clayton was crying nonstop until he fell asleep. I guess because I was not around. It’s not like the first time, but I guess he was not comfortable to be alone in a place that is not his home. As a parent I feel bad about it, I hope that he will learn to trust grandma and grandpa and feel at home here in Davao.
